Bootique Sidewalk Sale
On Saturday, October 18th, Federal Hill is hosting another sidewalk sale! Whimsy and Reason will have ALL KINDS of discounts on previously marked-down items as well as newer styles! Sale starts at 10:00 a.m. and runs until 6:00 p.m.
The first-ever Federal Hill Wine Festival will be going on as well, so it’ll be a great day to get out and enjoy the neighborhood. Be sure to stop by!

Shop Hop!
We’ll be participating the first ever Shop Hop this Wednesday, August 27th (more info here).
We’ll have all kinds of brand-new fall merchandise for both men and women--stuff we haven’t even put out in the stores yet. Lots of great shops will be participating, so it should be a great time. And the best part? All of the boutiques will be offering 20% off everything. That means you’ll get sale prices at the beginning of the season!
The event will be hosted by Style Magazine and Paper Doll. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. vWe hope you’ll come see us (and all of the other great shops) there!
NOTE: Our stores will be closed Wednesday for the event.

HUGE Summer Clearance
We’ve got a GIANT summer sale going on right now, in both stores, with discounts up to 75% off!

Vive le Tour!
The Tour de France will be coming to an end on Sunday, after a HUGE time trial on Saturday. This is one of the most exciting Tours since the days of Jan and Lance.
Do you remember that? When Jan was all, “I am totally going to whoop you this year.”
And Lance was all, “Oh, okay, really? Huh. That’s funny, because BAM. I just won. Again. So what’s up.”
And that went on for, oh, SEVEN WHOLE YEARS. And then? In 2006, when it was finally Jan’s time to clean house, after Lance retired? Dude got busted for doping. DRAMA.
Okay, so we’ve got these Modern Amusement swim/board shorts with bicycles on one side and stripes on the other. Yes--that’s right. They’re reversible. Which is just about the most brilliant thing ever, right? Why aren’t all swimsuits reversible? I can’t say for certain, but I’m pretty sure that if everyone owned a reversible swimsuit, we’d be just about *that* much closer to world peace.
Come in this weekend and tell me who you think will take the yellow jersey, and we’ll give you 20% your entire purchase. For reals. Because I would love for cycling to gain a bigger following in the States, and I am not at all above bribery.
