Federal Hill Sidewalk Sale!

Thanks so much to all of you who helped make our grand opening a huge success!

Now we’ve got another fun event coming up, this one neighborhood-wide:

The 2nd Annual Federal Hill Sidewalk Sale is this Saturday, July 5th, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
ALL of the shops will be participating, so it’s a great time to come down to the neighborhood.

Grand Opening Sale!

Our grand opening is this weekend, Thursday evening (starting at 6:00 p.m.) through Sunday. Although we’ve technically been open for well over a month now, it’s taken us this long to get everything together and ready.

We’ll have lots of items on sale, and we’ll have all kinds of new stuff out on the floor. We’ll also have a drawing for a $250 gift certificate valid at either store (or both!).

Solstice

Happy midsummer! To celebrate the longest day of the year, we’ll be bringing out new things all weekend and marking down the old.

In Portugal, people bang their neighbors on the head with whole flowering garlic plants for good luck on this day. They also build bonfires and have a contest to see who can jump over it safely. Sadly, Whimsy and Reason will have no bonfire. But we WILL have a little sale, to celebrate. Mention the blog and receive an extra 10% off anything in the store!

Procrastinators win big

Okay,so this Sunday is Father’s Day, and if you’re like me, you still haven’t picked up anything, which means you’ll get stuck with the very worst, picked-over Ziggy cards that CVS has to offer.

But that’s okay, see, because you can still get your dad the perfect gift at Reason, and it’ll totally overshadow the cheesy card. We’ve put out brand new polos and wallets and plaid shirts--all tested and clinically proven to be loved by dads. We’ve got Jack Black cologne, Ben Sherman messenger bags, Raven’s gear...you name it.
